The User Advisory Board (UAB) represents the needs and interests of key SCARBO user communities
The members of the board provided advice on the following aspects of the project:
- User Requirements: accuracy, representativeness, relative importance/weight in designing the mission
- Mission concept: review and assessment
- Review of the results of the airborne campaign
- The position of SCARBO in the European and international context
The UAB, as shown below, include key people from:

- Regional/Local Institutions
- Downstream Industry
- Space Agencies
